I have a patient who is a full time worker.he needs to do exchange in office.he can get a close room for exchange,but the room’s floor is carpet.In Taiwan,the weather usually moist.How can I suggest to patient when he use the room? Thanks for your answer!

Again question, as understand there is the recomendation relevent to anuric patient that there is no dry abdomen for him. How do you explain this and where I can read this recomendation. To my mind it is wise to use dry abdomen in high transporter patient to avoid ultrafiltration failure espesialy when the patients is on continues ambulatory PD and there is no icodextrin in site.

I was on PD for 2 years, then developed a problem when the cathiter rolled up behind my liver, and would not drain.They removed the cathiter and put a temporary connection for Hemo in my neck. When it was time to replace the cathiter, the surgeon would not do it because I had adhesions which he said he could remove, but they may come back in a couple of years.
