what is your system in scheduling nurses for emergency cases after working hours?Do you have an oncall nurse who works only as oncall?In our center the PD nurse works during and after working hours.We are training nurses all over the hospital but we cant rely on them because they rarely deal with pd patients.thanks inadvance.
Is it suitable to cuterize the granulation tissue incase there is signs of infection with discharge secreations and when is it recommended to shower after the cuterization?
