Maximum amount of heparin that can be added per liter of dialysis solution.

I would say 1500-2500 U/l of dialysis solution, depending of the indication : 2500U/L if fibrin clots within the dialysate ; 1500U/L if peritonitis (higher resorption rate because of the vasodilation of the peritoneal vessels secondary to the inflammation)
