The recommended dose of oral nystatin tablets is 500,000 U qid. The therapy should be co-prescribed with any antibiotic course in PD patients and continued for the duration of the course (in the case of vancomycin therapy, the nystatin should be continued until 1 week after the last vancomycin dose).
