I've been working on dialysis center for almost 5 years.I have 100 patients with CAPD.last week I found peritonitis case,and the culture results is staphiloccoccus aereus.my question, what is the propper antibiotic for this case,because we've given cefazolin before but it relaps.thank you

You would have to follow the sensitivity report from the lab (it may be sensitive to vancomycin?)
