I’ve been working on dialysis center for almost 5 years.I have 100 patients with CAPD.last week I found peritonitis case,and the culture results is staphiloccoccus aereus.my question, what is the propper antibiotic for this case,because we’ve given cefazolin before but it relaps.thank you
