To my knowledge, I have not seen anything in the literature that clearly examines this question.  In general we say to continue peritoneal dialysis through peritonitis with IP antibiotics.  I am not sure that antibiotics can be instilled in IPN for the dwell that is required for antibiotic administration due to compatibility issues (protein binding?).  I think you would need to clarify this with the IPN vendor or pharmacy.  I would suggest it would be best to use a dextrose based or icodextrin solution for the dwell required with the antibiotics.  Otherwise, I would think that IPN would not be contraindicated when there is no antibiotics present since the risk of bacterial grown in dextrose would be no less.
