If a patient only does CCPD or CAPD less than 7 days a week, (I have a patient that does not dialyze on weekends) is the KT/V figured differently? Would I need to take the weekly KT/V and divide it by 7, then multiply by 5 to get the accurate KT/V for the patient that takes weekends off? Thank you for help.
