I have the article”Establishing a Successful Home Dialysis Program” by Diaz-Buxo,Crawfore-Bonadio &Pierre(2006) which I am using as my guideline in setting up a brand new Home Program. Are there any words of wisdom or research evidence based articles from ISPD in trying to accomplish such a monumental task? The nephrology group(6 members) that I work with do not seem understand the needs for one or two primary nephrologists who are dedicated to the Home Program. Thank you
