There are only a few case reports of Fusarium peritonitis. In these cases, amphotericin, voriconazole and posaconazole have all been used as treatment options. There is an excellent case report and review on this topic published by Shah et al in PDI 2014 Jul-Aug; 34(5): 566–568.
