Mainly if the pateint is at risk to develop fungal peritonitis, i.e. patients with diabetes, immunosuppression,… or the very frail patients

Yes, from the 2016 ISPD Peritonitis Recommendations: “We recommend anti-fungal prophylaxis when PD patients receive antibiotic courses to prevent fungal peritonitis (1B).” This applies to any antibiotic therapy, whether it be for UTI, exit site infection, pneumonia, etc.
