Any of you had an ESRD patient on peritoneal dialysis trated with cisplatin?
If so, what dose adjustment did you use?

I don’t have any experience with cisplatin in PD patients but i can suggest you the following reference which recommends to Administer 50% of dose to CAPD patients.
