Year Round Endorsed Educational Programs
The ISPD has endorsed two industry-supported educational programs, organised by two of our Corporate Members:
The Advanced Renal Education Program (AREP) Home Dialysis Workshops 2022 are organised by Fresenius Medical Care. Information about dates, program and registration links are available on this LINK.
The PD Academy SEA HCP Education Program is a comprehensive peritoneal dialysis (PD) training program organized by Baxter for both doctors and nurses. The PD Academy curriculum was developed by an expert faculty from the Southeast Asia Peritoneal Dialysis Network. Details of the course and registration are available on this LINK.

ANZ PD Academy 2022 (hybrid event)

SUSTAIN THE ACTION – TODAY & BEYOND
The ANZ PD Academy is a two-day academic course designed to help renal clinicians develop a sound knowledge of the principles of PD. The course is not affiliated with any particular institution or hospital.
Please note that to ensure the safety of all and not put any undue pressure on an already stretched health system in Australia or New Zealand, the organizing committee has decided to move the PD Academy to November 19 & 20.
The PD Academy has four aims:
- To improve the quality of life and maximize the quality of care of PD patients
- To promote a philosophy of integrated care amongst renal clinicians
- To give confidence to those managing or starting a PD program
- To develop future leaders in PD
The deadline to register is June 17th. Note that this is a competitive enrolment, whereby the faculty will select the participants among all the applications.
The ANZ PD Academy 2022 will be a hybrid meeting – online registrations accepted. In-person attendance is reserved for Australia and New Zealand HCPs only.
