Founded in 1997, PDSI has played a pivotal role in advancing peritoneal dialysis practice, education, and research across India. The conference is expected to attract approximately 300 participants, including nephrologists, urologists, internists, surgeons, PD nurses, and technicians.

The scientific program will feature educational sessions led by national and international experts, including Prof. Ramesh Khanna (University of Missouri, USA) and Prof. Talerngsak Kanjanabuch (Chulalongkorn University, Thailand). Hands-on workshops covering peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion techniques and mannequin-based training will complement the academic program. The conference has also been accredited by the Bihar Medical Council and will provide educational credit points to participants.
