Grace Ngaruiya (Kenya)

I hold a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from The University of Nairobi Kenya and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the Aga Khan University –Kenya, an international society of Nephrology (ISN)/ International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis (ISPD) fellowship in Nephrology nursing from Pondycherry Institute of Medical Sciences in Chennai India. I am currently undertaking a PHD in Nephrology Nursing at the Mount Kenya University in Kenya. I work as a lecturer at the University Of Nairobi Kenya- School Of Nursing sciences, coordinating nephrology nursing courses at the East Africa Kidney Institute which is under the University of Nairobi. I am also a nurse consultant and the Director of Elaborate Health Managements Ltd. I am a member of the ISPD and a member of ISPD Nursing liaison committee, ISN member and a committee member of the Africa association of nephrology (AFRAN) -peritoneal dialysis section. I am a member of the Kenya renal association (KRA) and Kenya nephrology nurses association (KNNA). I am the assistant secretary of KNNA and a member of the Africa nephrology nurses association (AFNNA)

My passion is peritoneal dialysis, emergency course training and home-based care nursing services.
