|  Valerie Price is a Registered Nurse with the Canadian Nurses Association with National Certification in Nephrology Nursing. She has worked as the PreDialysis Coordinator for the Western Region of New Brunswick at the Atlantic Health Science Corporation for the past 10 years. She has previous experience including teaching Peritoneal Dialysis and Hemodialysis as home therapy. She has been involved in Clinical research Monitoring the Incidence of Pure Red Cell Aplasia in Patients receiving Erythropoietin and the International Nursing Survey on PD Nurse Training to be published in PDI. She has also presented at numerous conferences i.e. CANNT (Canadian Association of Nephrology Nurses and Technologists), ANNA (American Nephrology Nurses Association), ADC (Annual Dialysis Conference), ISPD (International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis), and PDU’s ( Peritoneal Dialysis University). |
