Can Meropenem be used via Intra perintoneal route? May i know the standard recommended dose for Intra perintoneal (IP)meropenem?

Yes, we have been using IP meropenem with good outcome. According to the ISPD peritonitis guideline, the IP dose is 400 mg / bag.
